De Pere Cabinet Inc. was founded in 1975 by Phillip and Nancy Burkard.

We opened as a manufacturer of custom cabinetry. Oak was the only species that we were providing to our customers at the time. The demand for our cabinets increased steadily as customers realized the quality of our product

One of our larger customers asked if we could make cabinets on a volume basis to take advantage of the building of multi-family units. In 1986, modular equipment was purchased from a company that went bankrupt. This equipment was used to start the Countryside Cabinets line

Over the years more advanced equipment was purchased to increase the efficiency and quality of our cabinets. Different species of wood were added, along with a variety of stains and paints.

De Pere Cabinet Inc. prides itself on providing it’s customers with a high quality cabinet in a semi custom environment. The company’s mission statement provides the basis of our overall philosophy and direction.
